    Program Overview

Inspiring Minds • Empowering Lives • Transforming Futures

Wesley Schools serve students in grades K–12 who have experienced barriers to learning due to behavioral, emotional, or academic challenges. Our network includes:

    – Wesley Education Center (K‑3) – Grove City
    – Wesley K‑8
    – Wesley High School

Across all our schools, we combine strong academics with therapeutic support, so students can overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

    Our Mission & Approach

Wesley Schools are private academic institutions licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, and our K‑8 and High School sites hold Approved Private School (APS) status. We are licensed in special education for autism, learning disabilities, and emotional disturbance.

We believe that every student deserves a safe, inclusive environment where academic growth and behavioral/therapeutic needs can be addressed together. Our framework is grounded in School Wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (SWPBIS) — a data‑driven, systemic approach that fosters a positive school culture.

    What Makes Wesley Unique

    • Integrated teaching & therapy teams
    • Low student‑to‑staff ratios
    • Wide district reach
    • Flexible placement options
    • Robust academic and enrichment offerings
    • Therapeutic & mental health services

    Our Schools & Student Experience

Wesley Education Center (K‑3) — Grove City

This early childhood site gives younger learners a nurturing, supportive environment for academic and behavioral development. Its focused structure allows for early intervention and strong foundational growth.

    Wesley K‑8

Serving elementary through middle school students, Wesley K-8 blends academic excellence with compassionate, therapeutic support. Each classroom is designed as an inclusive learning environment where students of all abilities can grow together. Our teachers and staff are highly trained, certified, and uniquely qualified to support students with a wide range of learning, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

In addition to our individualized academic approach, Wesley K-8 offers both partial levels of mental health care and comprehensive Outpatient (OP) and Therapeutic Support (TS) services, ensuring every student receives the right level of care to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

    Wesley High School

At the high school level, we continue to support students academically and emotionally as they prepare for graduation or transition back to their home districts. Our goal is to equip them for success beyond Wesley.

Across all three sites, students receive daily breakfast and lunch (through the National School Lunch Program). Outside the classroom, students find opportunities to grow socially, explore elective interests, and strengthen coping and life skills in a stable, positive environment.
